HOW DID YOUNG CREW PORTUGAL START?

Young Crew Portugal started from a challenge from APOGEP to a group of young project managers. 

After its first event, creACTivity Lisboa, in October 2010: 

http://www.youngcrew.de/web/creactivity_lisbon_2010_1283532460, the new team of Young Crew Portugal was formed, with the objectives of promoting the project management career amongst young academic students, young people with interest in developing a career in the field of project management, and young project managers in the beginning of their careers. 

As a way of involving this young public, Young Crew Portugal organizes a set of workshops and events in several Universities, being opened to the industries and business markets, allowing the knowledge exchange and sharing of different experiences accordingly to the profiles of the events audience. 

Young Crew creACTivity Workshop Lisboa 2010:  

The concept of creACTivity  workshop was originally created by several members of international Young Crews.

With the vision that Creativity is not a privilege – it is a tool that everyone can use to transform our individual lives as well as to find unexpected solutions for managing projects and business practices, a workshop model was created. This was one of the most recognized products of the International Project Management Association - IPMA.

The creACTivity event in Lisbon had several parallel sessions, workshops, national and international voluntary keynotes and moderators.
